Early Commutative Algebra Researchers - eCARs
Series comments: The first eCARs (Early Commutative Algebra Researchers) online conference will take place on June 27-28 on Zoom. The aim of this conference is to foster connections among the current upcoming crowd of researchers in commutative algebra and to provide an opportunity for graduate students and postdocs on the academic job market to share their research with the community. The conference will feature seminar talks by early career professors, postdocs, and graduate students, an interactive graduate student poster session, and social events. Registration is open to anyone in the community but event times will be based on United States time zones.
Although the conference is especially targeted to early career researchers, all are welcome to attend. We especially encourage registrants to attend the poster sessions and help with our mission of fostering connections with graduate student researchers.
